1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
In accordance with UK law, you have the right to cancel your order and return an item for any reason within 14 calendar days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and Unused: All security seals, original packaging, and labels must be intact.
- In Original Condition: We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of tampering or damage.
2. Our Seamless Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Authorization: Once reviewed, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the designated UK return address.
- Secure Shipping: We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Leaflybuds cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Inspections & Refunds
Upon receiving your return, our quality control team will inspect the item within 48 hours.
- Approval: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original method of payment.
- Processing Time: While we issue refunds instantly, please allow 3-5 working days for your bank to reflect the transaction.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or is not as described, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a priority replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
5. Shipping Costs
Unless an item is defective, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
